grants for students
The organization will offer a limited number of grants to undergraduate and graduate students.
The scholarships will cover accommodation during the workshop.
Applicants must complete the registration form and send an email to lawoc2024@gmail.com requesting assistance, along with an updated CV and a letter of recommendation.
Application deadline: December 16th.
COST AND REGISTRATION
For researchers
EARLY REGISTRATION (Before December 31st) : The early fee registration is 150USD.
REGISTRATION (After December 31st or on site): The inscription cost for participants is 200USD.
The fee includes two coffee breaks per day during the event and the special conference dinner.
For students
EARLY REGISTRATION (Before December 31st): The early fee registration is 80USD.
REGISTRATION (After December 31st or on site): The inscription cost for students is 100USD.
The fee includes two coffee breaks per day during the event and the special conference dinner.

Information to give a talk at the workshop
There will be two formats of talk:
For researchers (40 minutes) and for students (20 minutes).
Do you want to give a talk at the conference?
If the answer is yes, please send the abstract of your talk to lawoc2024@gmail.com indicating the desired format (researcher or student).
